All Parties are 1 Hr. 45 Min. in Duration (1 hr. on the field and 45 min. in the Party Area)
Party Area is located downstairs between the Main & Practice Fields
(the Practice Field is generally suitable for ages 6 and under or if the guest list is 10 or less in the older ages. Several sports can not be played in the Practice Area. Consult management concerning the sports planned prior to booking)
3 Food Pricing Options are Available for Each Field
Main Field - Gold - "Complete Value Package" - $275 + tax
Main Field - Silver - "NO FOOD PACKAGE" - $225 + tax + add-ons
Main Field - Bronze - "NO FOOD NO HELP" - $200 + tax + add-ons
Practice Field - Gold - "Complete Value Package" - $225 + tax
Practice Field - Silver - "NO FOOD PACKAGE" - $190 + tax + add-ons
Practice Field - Bronze - "NO FOOD NO HELP" - $150 + tax + add-ons
COMPLETE VALUE PACKAGES INCLUDE:
(if the customer does not want all items included in a "complete package" there are no discounts applied or substistutions allowed)
Cake - 1/4 sheet (included in package) or optional 1/2 sheet (extra $10 + tax)
Pizza - 4 large pepperoni or cheese
4 - 2 liter bottles - Coke, Sprite, etc.
Referee - manages field play
Party Host - manages party area activities
Field use - 1 hour
Party Area use - 45 min. - access is allowed 45 min. after field use commences
Party items are adequate for up to 20 guests
If more than 20 will attend there is a surcharge of $5/guest in excess of 20 - 1 pizza and a 2 liter bottle of soda will be added for every 5 additional guests
Food is adequate for 20 youth guests. Organizer may elect to add food at $10/pizza and $4/2 liter bottle of soda
Field use - 1 hour
Party Area use - 45 min.
Tables, Chairs, Ice - included but set-up by parent
Set-up/clean-up/serving by parent - All damages to equipment and room are to parents account
Food to be catered must be approved in advance to avoid conflicts with existing contracts
Access to the Party Area is 45 minutes after Field Play commences. If available additional time may be booked at a prorated rate of $40/hour.
There is a $2/guest surcharge for each guest in excess of 20.
NO FOOD - NO HELP PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Only field of choice and room (No tables, chairs, ice - these items available from a la carte)

In ALL PACKAGES the parent or organizer is solely responsible for the safety and behavior of ALL GUESTS on the field and in the Party Area.
The well being of all attendees is American Indoor's primary concern. Please monitor your guests closely.
