Do not proceed with registration unless you are ready to place a $100 Non-refundable deposit for your team within 24 hours of submitting the following registration form. Forms received without a deposit being submitted within 24 hours will be deleted and you will be required to resubmit.

BE AWARE
American Indoor reserves sole right to place teams in divisions on the day requested so as to best balance play for all teams registered. Refunds will not be given for any reason but especially because "you were not placed in the division that you thought you deserved". American Indoor will strive to protect the majority of teams registered from non-competitive league alignment wherever possible. If you feel this is unfair or can not live by this declaration, PLEASE - DO NOT PROCEED WITH REGISTRATION.

Holiday Policy
In the event your league would be scheduled to play on a holiday, American Indoor will determine if by taking a week off the scheduling of the entire season for all leagues would be impacted negatively and if so, will, if scheduling of other leagues allows, schedule those holiday games on a weekday night (6:00PM – 11:15PM) as close to the normally scheduled day as reasonably possible. Teams not able to play on the week night will be allowed to play on the “holiday” as long as their opponent is willing and able (no team will be forced to play on an American Indoor designated holiday). Failing these two options, as long as both teams agree by email to American Indoor, the game will be “rescheduled, IF DATES ALLOW, to an available playtime” as per the existing reschedule policy. This would mean the game would more than likely be 5:15PM weekdays (this is anticipated since all Saturday afternoon and night spots are normally taken each week when leagues are full) or there is the possibility the game could be Saturday morning or evening. Remember, if you elect the reschedule – 1. your opponent must agree, 2. priority would be Saturday night if available followed by weekday at 5:15 then Saturday morning. American Indoor will NOT “wait to see if something opens up” OR give you options, we will assign the reschedule so that it fits the season schedule.
