Facility Rental Rates

Corporate/Organization Day Use

$10.00 per person or $250.00 per day (8 hours), whichever is greater. Price does not include food. An excellent way to build your corporate team to face real-life competition.

Party Room Only

$40.00 per hour. Price does not include food, use of fields or video games. Click here to learn more about our fun-filled birthday party packages!

All Night Lock-Ins

$10.00 per person plus $80 or $320.00 per night, whichever is greater. A great idea for youth groups too large for a home-based slumber party. A whole night of sports activities and the chance to sleep on the same surface where the Dallas Cowboys played! Also requires a $7.00 per hour fee for facility manager to be present during the duration of the event.

Main Field Rental

For teams registered in AISF leagues: $25/hour if available (Normally half field)
For unregistered teams: $110/hour (Full field) or $60/hour (Half field)
Summer Special: Rent 1 or more of 5 main field allocations each for $350 for 5 days, 3 hours per day – (equiv. $23.33/hr). Each allocation equals approximately 4800 sq. ft. Sessions are available 9a.m. – Noon or 1 – 4 p.m.

Practice Field Rental

For teams registered in AISF leagues: $25/hour
For unregistered teams: $60/hour. 10 hours or more booked in advance $40/hour (changes to dates or times not allowed)
